Digital is what Old People call Pervasive Technology

Digital is what us 'older people' call pervasive technology.

To children it just technology, it is ubiquitous just like how we viewed electricity when we were growing up. It is omnipresent and has become more of a right than a privilege.

We have given labelled 'Digital' so we could make the transition in our minds from punch cards, to mainframe, to ERP, to cloud.

In the past we used to live in the Real World and sometimes escape to the Web. Now many people live in the Web and occasionally venture back to Reality.
